A note from the founder

I started TAG LAB because I was tired of watching good businesses lose customers to a ringing phone.

Every missed call is someone who wanted you — and got silence. The technology to fix that finally exists. But handing your phone to a machine that no one is watching is its own kind of risk.

So we do it differently. We build the AI, we train it to your business, and a real person on our team stays responsible for it. You get the reliability of automation and the judgment of a human — without touching any of the tech yourself.
