1. Controller

2. Data we collect on this website
When you submit a form we receive the details you enter (e.g. name, business, email, phone, message). We use them only to respond to your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify.
3. Data processed for clients
When we provide AI receptionist services, we process callers' data (e.g. phone number, call content, summaries, booking details) on behalf of our client, who is the controller. This is governed by a data processing agreement. We use sub-processors including our voice AI infrastructure provider and EU-hosted database infrastructure (Supabase, Frankfurt region).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months unless we enter a contract. Client data is kept for the contract duration and as agreed in the DPA, or as required by law.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Cookies and storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. The client portal uses browser storage strictly to keep you signed in.
